PHASE 1: AGENCY (Weeks 1-2)

The Foundation. Stop drifting. We help you identify the “Tier 1 Trade” path that matches your personality and financial goals. We vet your trajectory before you commit.

PHASE 2: CULTIVATION (Weeks 3-5)

The Armor. Build your defenses. We install the “Financial Defense” protocols to manage your money and the professional communication skills that make you the most reliable person on the job site.

PHASE 3: LEGACY (Weeks 6-8)

The Launch. Think like an owner. We transition you from an “employee mindset” to an “asset mindset,” preparing you not just to get hired, but to climb the ladder to management and ownership.

Your Mission Isn’t Over.

You have led under pressure. Now, translate that discipline to the civilian sector. We recruit select Veterans to serve as Squad Leaders within the cohort. You will mentor the next generation, refine your civilian leadership style, and fast-track your path to Fleet Management.
